If you did recruit someone and do not see your name on the list, contact your Grand Knight and Financial Secretary to make sure the Form 100 was submitted (to both the Supreme and State Councils), and to let us know so we can follow up if needed.

Charles David Hedrick, Charlie, of Birmingham AL, passed away on July 5, 2018 at the age of 76. He is survived by his spouse of almost 53 years, Evelyn, his two sons Charles Patrick Hedrick (Sharon) of Frisco, TX and Robert Aiden Hedrick (Miranda) of Birmingham, AL, daughter Deborah Mary Lancaster (Alan) of Birmingham, AL, grandsons Charlie Hedrick and Kyle Lancaster (Shannon), granddaughters Anna Lancaster, Kaitlyn Hedrick, Allie Hedrick and Laurie Lancaster, great granddaughters Norah and Clara Lancaster, his brother Robert Hedrick (Diane) of Randolph, MA, sister in law Carole Hedrick of South Easton, MA and numerous nieces and nephews.
