The 100th annual Mass honoring the life and legacy The 100th annual Mass honoring the life and legacy of Father James E. Coyle occurred today at the Cathedral of St. Paul in Birmingham.  Members of the Knights of Columbus and Knights of St. Peter Claver served as honor guard at the Mass.  A recording can be found on the Facebook page: Catholic Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama.

Newly ordained Father Alex Crow celebrated a Mass Newly ordained Father Alex Crow celebrated a Mass of Thanksgiving today in the new St Ignatius Catholic Church - Mobile.  Several priests of the Archdiocese of Mobile and from St. Ignatius were present and the Archdiocesan seminarians were altar servers.  You can watch the Mass on the live stream on St. Ignatius' Facebook page.

Newly ordained Deacon Charles Deering proclaimed t Newly ordained Deacon Charles Deering proclaimed the Gospel and gave his first homily this morning at his home parish of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Homewood. The movie Fatima is coming back out in theaters this weekend and we're happy to let you know about two ways to watch the movie from May 7 - May 13.

1. The movie Fatima wants make a free giveaway available to the Knights of Columbus to have a group of 20 see the movie.  They hope you are able to invite several religious (priests, nuns, brothers)  from your area to attend with you.  If you're interested, please respond with "giveaway" now through Friday at 11:59pm CDT.  Two winners will be selected from across all three of our social media accounts.

2. AMC is offering the film for only $5 - a special “fan fave” ticket price which makes it really wonderful for entire families and groups to experience this powerful film TOGETHER!
