Campaign Weekend December 16, 2025Send your check for 20% Net Income from the total collected to the State Treasurer on or before this date along with the New Deposit Voucher (Form No. 1) with a copy to the State I. D. Campaign Chairman. Distribute the remaining 80% to your local I.D. organization. March 1, 2026Deadline for requests to the State Council I. D. “Pass the Hat” and Support ASAP

Supreme is initiating a 'PASS the HAT' Incentive designed to support our local 'Aid and Support After Pregnancy' (ASAP) programs.  Pass the Hat officially begins 1 April and runs through 31 May 2025 so you have time - You might even start now. This is a 'Life' based 'Faith in Action Program' and can support your SP-7 development. PROCESS - Collect personal and council donations, present a check to the State Council and rack up 2 quick points for your SP-7 (ASAP - Life - Faith in Action). North Alabama Seminarian’s Dinner

The North Alabama Knights of Columbus are excited to announce the 2025 1st Annual Seminarian Dinner! Who will be there? All Diocesan seminarians and (barring unforeseen circumstances) Bishop Raica will be in attendance! This will be a seated dinner with bar and appetizers. There will be a guest speaker, entertainment, and raffle items. When: June 6, 2025Where: Holy Spirit Parish Life CenterWhy: To raise awareness and funds for vocations. All proceeds will go directly to the Seminarian Fund. Tickets for the general public will go on sale Mar 1 for $125 per person. We are excited to announce the details for our annual Knights of Columbus Basketball Freethrow Contest. This event is a cherished tradition that brings together our community and showcases the skills and sportsmanship of our young participants. Purpose: The Freethrow Contest is designed to provide an engaging and competitive environment for our youth, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and the values upheld by the Knights of Columbus. Dates: The state competition will be held on March 15, 2025 at Montgomery Catholic High gym. Local Competitions need to be held in January 2025 and District in February 2025. Alabama Special Olympics Meeting and Awards Luncheon

On November 6th, Jerry Brecher, State Special Olympic Chairman and State Deputy Bill Mores attended the Alabama Special Olympics Meeting and Awards Luncheon where they were recognized as the 2024 Outstanding Organization.  This award recognizes all the man-hours and financial support that councils from all around Alabama give to this wonderful organization.  Thank you councils for all you do to support the Special Olympics!   A special thank you to Jerry Brecher, our State Special Olympic Chairman, for many years of involvement with this organization and keeping us informed as to how we can support them.
