We will discuss the relationship between the Pastor and the Council. One of the identities we hold as Knights of Columbus is the ‘Strong right arm of the Church.’ This speaks to the necessity of building strong relationships with our pastors, so that we can assist them in strengthening and growing parish communities. In this session we will examine why we need each other, how to work together towards common goals, and how to build strong communication.
