The Council Recovery Program (CRP) provides councils with the knowledge and tools that will allow them to resume normal operations after a time of inactivity. The CRP will show councils how to inspire members and parishioners and to become reengaged with their parish and community. The CRP gives councils a basic framework that can be modified and built upon to fit their local needs.
